Erst nur in der Pizza, dann auch in einem Brot. Nun wollte ich einen Hefeteig mit einem Biga f\u00fchren. Im Biga sind nur 1,5 g Hefe. Die Reifezeit betrug 48 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank. Ersteinsatz als Cinnamon-Rolls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Teig kann man nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr alle Hefegeb\u00e4cke nehmen. Z.B. auch als Grundlage f\u00fcr einen Pflaumenkuchen auf Blech. Teig auf ca. 40\u00d750 cm ausrollen. Mit weicher Butter bestreichen und mit Zimtzucker bestreuen. Von der langen Seite aufrollen und in 12 Teile aufschneiden.
