Im schnelleren Gang Salz und 10-20 g Wasser als Bassinage zugeben. Auskneten bis zu einem guten Fenstertest. Der Teig sollte sich sichtbar vergr\u00f6\u00dfert haben und G\u00e4rblasen zeigen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4099-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Teigling nach Belieben falten und in einem G\u00e4rk\u00f6rbchen f\u00fcr 8-12 Stunden zur St\u00fcckgare in den K\u00fchlschrank bei 5 Grad stellen. Bei mir war er 8 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4099-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Backen im Backofen: Backofen ausreichend vorher auf 250 Grad vorheizen (am besten mit Backstahl oder Pizzastein). Einschneiden und mit Schwaden einschie\u00dfen. Nach 10 Minuten Temperatur auf 210 Grad reduzieren.
