Im letzten Drittel Salz und \u00d6l zugeben.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4050-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">3 Stunden in einer leicht ge\u00f6lten G\u00e4rwanne bei Raumtemperatur zur Stockgare stellen. Der Teigling sollte sich deutlich vergr\u00f6\u00dfern und leichte G\u00e4rblasen zeigen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4050-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Teigling schonend rund formen und abgedeckt 60 Minuten bei RT zur St\u00fcckgare stellen. Dann ein Drittel des Teiges mit einem Rundholz auswalzen und mit zwei unterschiedlich gro\u00dfen Gl\u00e4sern (oder \u00e4hnlichem) Halbrunde aus dem ausgewalzten Teil ausstechen. Den ausgewalzten Teig \u00fcber den eigentlichen Brotlaib ziehen und gut bemehlen. Nochmals abgedeckt f\u00fcr 30 Minuten zur St\u00fcckgare stellen.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Nat\u00fcrlich kann man auch ein &quot;normales&quot; Brot machen. Einfach nach Belieben formen und ca. 60 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur zur St\u00fcckgare stellen (Fingertest).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4050-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Backofen gut vorher auf 250 Grad vorheizen. Am besten mit Backstahl oder einem Pizzastein. Das Blatt des Brotes in Bl\u00e4tterart einritzen und den Teigling mit Schwaden einschie\u00dfen. Nach 10 Minuten Schwaden ablassen und Temperatur auf 210 Grad reduzieren.
