Dieser Grundsauerteig wird im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt und muss regelm\u00e4\u00dfig (mind. 1x die Woche) gef\u00fcttert werden. Bei dieser F\u00fctterung bleiben Reste, die man am besten getrennt im K\u00fchlschrank sammelt und dann f\u00fcr ein sogenanntes Auffrischbrot verwendet. Ein solches Rezept habe ich hier mit etwas Hefe und den Resten des ASG konzipiert.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe hier zwei Brote geformt, die gut aufgingen und einen guten Ofentrieb hatten.
