Dann 4 Minuten auf Stufe MIN und 8 Minuten auf Stufe 1 (Kenwood) kneten. Ca. im letzten Drittel Salz und \u00d6l zugeben und bis zu einem guten Fenstertest kneten. Zuletzt N\u00fcsse und K\u00e4se einkneten.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Ich hatte Cheddar-Scheiben genommen und 50 g in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2836-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Stockgare ca. 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur in einer leicht ge\u00f6lten, geschlossenen Teigwanne.
