Es kann nat\u00fcrlich auch mit anderen Mehlen gebacken werden \ud83d\ude09 Dann nat\u00fcrlich &#8211; wie immer bei \u00c4nderungen &#8211; die Wasserzugabe im Auge behalten und evtl. erst etwas Der Teig sollte sich deutlich vergr\u00f6\u00dfern bis verdoppeln. Das Brot wie gew\u00fcnscht einschneiden und mit Schwaden in den Ofen geben. 10 Minuten bei 250 Grad backen, dann Schwaden ablassen und die Temperatur auf 210 Grad reduzieren. F\u00fcr 40 Minuten weiterbacken.
