Brotkonzept (www.brotkonzept.de) in zwei Quellst\u00fccken. Ge\u00e4ndert habe ich den Anteil der Hydro-Anteile, die jetzt bei ca. 10% liegen. Beim <a href=\"https:\/\/hermannsblog.de\/index.php\/2021\/08\/24\/maisbrot-mit-hydrogranulat\/\">vorhergehenden Rezept<\/a> lagen sie bei 17%. Zus\u00e4tzlich habe ich etwas normales Maismehl zugesetzt. Wegen der geringen \u00c4nderungen habe ich das Rezept im Brotrechner nicht angepasst.<\/p>\n<p>Welches jetzt besser ist, kann ich &#8211; ehrlich gesagt &#8211; gar nicht so richtig sagen.
