Sie gilt als eine Verwandte der Pizza.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pinsa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinsa \u2013 Wikipedia<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sehr lecker ist das Rezept von Valesa Schell: <a href=\"https:\/\/brotbackliebeundmehr.com\/2018\/11\/16\/pinsa-romana-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinsa Romana Pizza &#8211; Brotbackliebe &#8230; und mehr (brotbackliebeundmehr.com)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vor allen Dingen ist der Teig auch vielseitig verwendbar. Ich habe daraus einmal Pinsa und einmal Baguette und ein Brot gezaubert. Der Teig war dabei ca. 72 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank. Alles schmeckte sehr gut!
